Winston has such a gentle nature...
and an amazing ability to hold space. He was there with me each time I was not in my body, gently guiding me back to sit deep within my being. During the session I had two major experiences. Both very deep. One overt and the other covert. The way in which the session panned out allowed me to unearth a huge realisation that I had only ever dusted some of the dirt off before. Winston’s well timed and well formed questioning allowed me to unearth this massive structure in it’s entirety so that I could see it clearly right in front of me.
