What interests me has never been one particular industry.
It's the process of taking something meaningful and giving it form.

Yesterday was my first time attending the workshop.
At first, I was surprised because I thought the workshop would mainly be about practicing advanced English. I wasn't prepared for such personal conversations, so I felt a little lost.
As everyone courageously shared their stories, I gradually understood the true purpose of the workshop. Listening to others helped me understand myself in a new way.
Thank you all for creating such a meaningful space. I'm looking forward to seeing you again.

Put simply, I expected to discuss strategic topics (naming a show, understanding the audience) and what he guided me through was a much deeper, much more emotional, and much more powerful process.

During the session I had two major experiences. Both very deep. One overt and the other covert. The way in which the session panned out allowed me to unearth a huge realisation that I had only ever dusted some of the dirt off before.
Winston’s well timed and well formed questioning allowed me to unearth this massive structure in it’s entirety so that I could see it clearly right in front of me.
It was like a core belief structure with all of its nested beliefs structured around it came out to be seen. This is something that had impacted my life greatly. I didn't know what I wanted or even needed coming in, open to possibility, knowing that whatever came out of it would be perfect. It was.
Winston is grounded, approachable and has incredible insight. Within a few moments he immediately saw things about me others haven't ever been able to catch or convey.
